All the Jewellery and accessories are designed and made by myself.I aim for the designs to be unique or limited editions, this does mean I may not be able to make the same item again. All sizes are approximate. due to the nature of the materials I use there may be slight differences between stones and beads etc. Products may differ slightly to the photograph's due to lighting etc. but I will try to get the best photo's I can. But for more infomation about this please contact me :)

Postage, Packaging and Shipping
Postage and Packaging on UK Orders are all sent 1st class recorded and sent within 3 working days. International Orders are airmail.
Up to £30.00 - £2.00 for UK and £3.00 international option 1 and £5.00 All Other Countries
Up to £50.00 - £2.00 for UK and £3.50 international option 1 and £6.00 All Other Countries
Up to £65.00 - FREE for uk and £3.50 international option 1 and £7.00 All Other Countries
over £65.00 - FREE for UK and International option 1 and £8.00 all other Countries
Every effort will be made for your order to reach you without delay and undamaged. In the event of orders not being delievered, a re-order or refund may be available. UK orders will be tracked via the carrier, but can only be done 15 working days after postage. We will need to verify the loss of the order with them before replacements or refunds can be given. The carrier my contact you to verify this.
We do stress people to be in for the delivery too. But sometimes that can be hard so be sure to look for the card that will be popped through your letter box. They tend to have a mind of their own.
Refunds
I am unable to give refunds on items unless they are faulty. Therefore I encourage people to be certain about the product before they buy, (this includes right size, colour etc.). I'm unable to refund postage costs and customers are responsible for return postage costs. Faults do not include inconsistences or incorrect size, but only if something is broken. I do ask that customers are reasonable with the nature of a returned item, that the fault is not with general use of the product but the product itself.
